At Blooms by Aly, all our floral arrangements are carefully handcrafted and made to order.
Due to the perishable and customised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and delivered.
Fresh Flowers
Fresh flowers are natural products and may vary slightly in colour, size, and appearance. Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.
Preserved Flowers
Preserved flower arrangements are delicate handmade items. Minor variations are part of their unique character and are not grounds for returns or refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will review the case and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
