Receipts of Deliveries

To ensure a smooth delivery, someone should be present at the specified location to receive the flowers. For business addresses, items may be handed over at the main reception. For private residences (condos or HDBs), if no one is available, the arrangement will be placed at the front door. A photo will be taken as proof of delivery, after which Blooms by Aly’s responsibility for the order will be considered fulfilled.

Delivery Areas

Subscription delivery service is only available for valid residential within Singapore mainland. We do not deliver to hospitals, restricted areas such as Jurong Island, Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Port of Singapore Terminals, offshore islands (including Sentosa) and Singapore Armed Forces Camp sites. We reserve the right to decline any delivery to any address with restricted or are inaccessible.
